Everything you need to know before you place your order — from selections to turnaround, shipping, and payment.
Pick your product, design, color, and size, add it to your order (you can add as many items as you like), then fill out the order form with your contact and shipping details. Submitting the form places your order request — payment is completed separately through Venmo.
We appreciate your patience! Lazy Lady Ranch products are ordered in monthly batches rather than being mass-produced and kept in inventory. While many orders may be completed sooner, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks after the end of the ordering month for your items to be ready. We want to be transparent about our turnaround times and make sure every customer knows what to expect when ordering from LLR.
For example: if you place an order during September, the September order is submitted at the end of the month. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from that point for your order to be completed and ready for pickup or shipping. You’ll very likely receive your items sooner — we’d simply rather give you a realistic timeframe than promise a date we can’t guarantee.
Shipping costs vary depending on the order and destination. After your order has been confirmed, Taylor will contact you regarding your final shipping cost. Shipping must be paid in full before your order can be mailed.
All payments are currently made through Venmo. Submitting the order form places your order/request; payment is then completed through Venmo. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share the total (including shipping) so you can pay.
